Working out your mind is like working out your body— The more you exercise these “mindset muscles” and practice the skills, the stronger you get. In this classic card game (similar to "crazy eights" or "UNO"), each time you play a card, you have an opportunity to do a brief mindset practice.

This game is great for kids and adults alike (approximately age 6+).

Mindset themes you will practice:

Confidence, gratitude, social connectedness, affirmations, savoring, values and strengths, kindness, mindfulness, goal setting, teamwork, and other mindset challenges.
